"Check in is always friendly and easy. I have stayed here several times in the last 3 months, plan to stay here whenever I have to be in Rawlins. Clean, tidy rooms. Staff is nice and polite. "

"The room itself was fine, and the breakfast offered in the morning was very nice. The only issue I had with the hotel was that the automatic door walking into the hotel wasn't working, so there was a sign for customers to slide it open manually. That was a bit of a struggle for us in our 60s carrying luggage! It was very hard to open, and the temperature was in the teens, and the wind was blowing.
