"Georgios is a wonderful host. Warm, helpful and available at any time. The house is perfect for a family vacation. Far enough from crowded places (very nice and quiet at night) but just a short drive to very nice beaches, water activities, restaurants, markets... Place was clean and had everything we needed. "We had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Brookshaw in September 24. The villa is situated in a valley a short 5 minute drive from the town of Nea Skioni. The villa is very homely and well appointed and included everything needed for our stay. The outside and pool area was lovely with lots of seating, sunbeds with parasols and a BBQ. You can even enjoy the sea view from the upstairs balcony. The drive from the main road to the house is along a dirt road which can be a little challenging,...

"Gorgeous villa with huge garden. Well equipped with all different necessities you could ever wish. Spacious rooms. Two terraces, the one on the second floor offering breathtaking sunset view. A walk to the beach takes approximately 20 minutes, which sounds a lot, but actually it was quiet easy. Nearest small supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance."

"Lovely, well equipped apartment with amazing views. 5/10 mins walk to the beach, which was really nice as it was very peaceful. Beach to the South of the harbour with cafes and sun beds, beach to the North natural and unspoilt, so something for everyone. The property has nice grounds with pool. The owner was so helpful and kind"

"Beautiful villa, with lots of outdoor space and excellent pool. Villa itself is clean, well equipped, modern and spacious. We were a family of 7 and really enjoyed our stay, and wished we had booked longer than a week! Villa is up a rather steep hill which we walked down to the main square (10mins) but used a taxi to get back at the cost of 5euro. Victor (the host) was excellent, communication was great through WhatsApp and he even took us to the local supermarket one day and picked us up...

"Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt , dass die Gastgeberin das Haus auch selber als Ferienhaus nutzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, gepflegt und hat einen tollen Grillplatz mit Kohlegrill, Gasgrill, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Terrasse. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind einige Bars am Strand und der Hafen mit verschiedenen Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen....

"The house itself is very clean, very complete and nice. Maybe a bit small, especially the masterbedroom feels a bit cramped. Everything you might need is there, even toiletteries and beachtowels. Contact with Athanasios was friendly and nice. The view from the garden is fantastic! The garden is lovely, the pool is clean and nice. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 14 to town. This accomodation is exactly as it shows on the website! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is a little old but everything is in good condition and very clean. The location was perfect, short walk from the town centre and quiet enough for a good nights sleep. The only disappointment was check in time is 3pm and we had to wait one and a half hour for the room to be cleaned."
