"The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head. "

"We chose to stay here as we were visiting Efteling - we were very pleased with the location as it is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the park! Free parking with EV charging by RFID card. There is a supermarket round the corner and a couple of restaurants dotted about not too far away. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, lots of options at the buffet. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. "More than expected from a night stay! Free games room in a very nice atmosphere, modern and very clean, very spacious bedroom with a ultra comfortable kingside bed. Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. "I loved everything about my stay. From the greeting on arrival, to the lovely room which has been given so much thought from design to the little things left for the guest, ear buds for example. The corridors give a great feel. The staff are super friendly and smiley. I loved it more than many hotels i have stayed."

"Excellent location convenient for exploring the city and within a short walk of the train station. The hotel is oozing character maintaining the style and spirit of Eindhoven's long-standing connection with Philips. "We’ve stayed a few times at the Dux and always had a good stay. This time the staff went above and beyond to look after us and we enjoyed a personalised card plus bottle of Prosecco to welcome us back. The outside of the holiday looked amazing with the festive decoration. "
