Winter Season notes:
*The grill and picnic tables are stored in the shed for late fall and winter months.
*The bottom section of the stairs near the water are removed for the winter months to prevent ice damage- typically November 30th thru May 15th. This may vary by a few days depending on occupancy.
Feel free to use the wood in the woodshed (for on-site use only)
For Winter only: the snow removal service may show up unannounced and as needed to plow the driveway and shovel the porch.

Located centrally between Hancock and Calumet, on Hwy M203 approximately a mile from McLain State Park. It's within Biking distance of the park and it's amenities, as well as Bear Lake and Maasto Hiihto Nature and Ski Trails.

100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival

By engaging in swimming, boating, kayaking, and hot tub usage, you acknowledge and assume the associated risks. You are responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur, including those involving children, persons with health issues, intoxication, or drug use. You release the owner from any liability and waive all claims. Your acceptance below constitutes a legally binding contract between Airbnb Guests and the Airbnb Host.
1) Important: The hot tub cover must stay closed and secured with the strap when not in use.
2) No Pets (including emotional support animals), no exceptions. (Incurs a $1000 fine).
3) No smoking or vaping inside.
4) Absolutely no cannabis allowed anywhere on the property. (Incurs a $1000 fine)
5) No Parties or events, or outdoor music.
6) Maximum occupancy is 8 people (including visitors). Maximum amount of vehicles at any time is 4.
