Guests can choose from a variety of accommodations, including 3 queen-size beds and two twins, all furnished with premium linens and plush pillows. Each bed is adorned with a down comforter (winter). Additionally, the bedrooms offer charming decor and ample storage space for belongings. Also upstairs are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite with a shower/jacuzzi tub, and one in the hall with a standing shower. Downstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (great for people with mobility issues - no stairs required). The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and a full-size washer and dryer. Also on the first floor are a large farm kitchen, a large living room with a huge down sofa and a large TV, a comfortable dining room and a peaceful home office/library with books and a desk for working remotely. And don't forget the gorgeous wrap-around, screened-in porch and the open patio with shade trees in the rear. It is a perfect spot for a peaceful respite with family and friends. In the front yard is a prolific apple tree. The property includes a barn, chicken coop, and an original his and her's outhouse.

Just across the Delaware River at Lordville is the Equinunk General Store a few miles away in Pennsylvania, with an unimaginable array of antiques, coffees, fresh-baked pastries, homemade pies, handmade soaps, locally sourced meats and cheeses, sandwiches, chocolates, handcrafted ice cream and more. A true piece of Americana! Long Eddy, Callicoon, Roscoe (Trout Town), Cochecton, Livingston Manor and Hancock offer eateries, distilleries, and breweries with tons of history. General groceries are available in Callicoon and Hancock where you will also find wine shops, river outfitters, restaurants, banks and movie theaters. Ask us for early check-in or late check-out times. We try to always be flexible. While we do not want your dog to have to go to a kennel and encourage you to bring the pup along, cleaning the house requires more time. There is an additional dog fee.
