This is the larger and newer of the two cabins available for rent on our Prospect Mountain property that sit on opposite sides of a pond. As far as authentic log cabins go, this one is up there with the best. Sits on a private fishing lake with two more stocked fishing ponds within walking distance. A boat, trolling motor, and a battery are available upon request to access three fishing ponds around the cabin. Fish cleaning facilities are on the property if needed. Custom Kitchen. A great place to cookout and enjoy the outdoors. Near Lewis Smith Lake, Riverside Fly Shop Outfitters, Bankhead National Forest, Rickwood Caverns, Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, Hillside Ninety-one wedding venue, Cabin at the Lodge wedding venue, Wallace State Community College, and the City of Cullman. Some people check in and want to be left alone, but most people want to see what all the property has to offer, and the only good way to do that is to show you. It’s entirely up to you.
