"The location is great, very central. Unfortunately at the moment there are construction works on a new building being constructed at the backside of the hotel, so if you have a studio on the backside there is noise outside. This starts at 7 and lasts till about 2. In the weekend from Friday to Sunday it is quiet. The interior of my studio was not up to date... there are a stove and a microwave oven, but no toaster, let alone a washing machine, and the utensils were a bit incomplete... but again...
