You'll be one block from the shops and restaurants that line Ocean Boulevard, two blocks from the beach, and mere steps from truly unforgettable sunsets on your deck.

Dating back to 1930 but thoughtfully updated in the years since then, this home is in many ways a showcase of Hampton Beach. From this spot you can easily stroll to the ocean, local shops, great restaurants, the outdoor Sea Shell Stage, the casino, and Monday night movies on the beach.

The cottage itself is cozy and charming, greeting you after a day of swimming and boogie boarding with a sunny rear deck and a gas grill for afternoon barbecues. The interior is bright and airy, offering a living room with contemporary furnishings and a flatscreen cable TV (with streaming capability as well), a high-top dining table, and a kitchen equipped with every essential.

Nice little spot for a couple or small family. We spent most of the days out in Salem, but on the rainy days we stayed in. Only thing...I wish there was a tv in the main bedroom.

Great quiet cottage
Quiet, clean , close to the ocean and a two minute walk to delicious Christies Pizza . Took our mom there for Thanksgiving and host had left us everything we needed to make a great Thanksgiving dinner from desposable turkey cooking trays to paper plates . We had a great time and will return again the good Lord willing and the creek don't rise !

Close to Everything
We are 3 childhood friends who love getting together. It was after Labor Day so the beach was almost empty. We walked, talked and laughed together. The house is cute and convenient.

Clean and close to the beach. Tiny little place but plenty of room for sleeping. The kitchen has a full size fridge and a small stove as well as microwave. The mattresses are comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the river in back and sunsets are beautiful from that side.

Exactly What You’re Expecting
The description is spot on. Tiny little cottage on a dead end street. We stayed in the autumn, it was quiet, quaint, clean, and perfect for what we were looking for. Totally gets the job done. Feels like a deluxe motel room with private parking in the best way possible.

Great location!
This property is centrally located and within walking distance to the beach! Off street parking is a plus! The house was not cleaned well when we arrived- long hair hanging from the lampshades, back bedroom smelled awful and it was clear the bedspreads had not been washed. Lovely property- the overgrown lawn and bushes take away from the charm of this home.

My first time doing something like this. Was a great location to the beach, and best part we were very close to our cousins who rent every year. Very interested in renting this cottage again! The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc

Great location and had fun!
Small cottage but fit 3 adult women comfortably. 2 bedrooms plus the couch turns to a futon. Back deck seating was nice. Maybe if they renovate at some point an awning would be cool to cover the deck on rainy days! Laundry is in the external basement but convenient to have on site. 3-4 minute walk to the beach. About a block from the Goat, a coffee shop, and Wally’s bar. L Street Tavern had great breakfast and a cool outdoor patio with fire top tables and live music for night vibes. House is 3-4 short blocks from the main part of the Hampton Strip. House itself is older but super convenient location plus very fair pricing for the area. We would stay here again.

Ok but many better options out there
The location is nice, two blocks from the beach and overall it is a very quiet area. There were several small issues that could all be overlooked for the most part but communication with Vacasa was terrible. We have rented other homes in this area and all of the homes were rented by the actual owners so communication was excellent. With this home it is clear that customer service has no clue and no answers about anything to do with the property. When I asked questions about the basement lock they had no idea because you are talking to a random person who could be 3,000 miles away. The house is word but it is fine for 1-2 nights max.
