This fully renovated, roomy condo is ideally located for those who want the best of the day light and night life in Hampton Beach. Located on Ashworth Avenue, just step out to the balcony and look straight down I Street to the beach. Or sit inside and watch the 55 inch smart tv (cable and Wi-Fi included), cozy up to the fireplace all while looking out the oversized windows to people watch on the streets. Need a bite to eat or drink? Feeling the need to sing karaoke? Walk one block to hit the three best bars in town - L-Street Tavern, The Goat, and Wally’s. Don’t want to leave?
