Hampton Beach is a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains. This property is located on the "island" section of Hampton. No major street to cross in order to access the beach.
Other Things to Note:
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without agreeing to it with us first. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that all guests be respectful of them as well as other residents. Absolutely no house parties and or live music. Do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper! No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside the home. Please always use bathroom vents when showering and stove fan when cooking. Always make sure storm door is shut tight (otherwise it easily breaks in the wind tunnel) Clean dryer vent after every use. No candles Do not use bath towels on the beach. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. Please be considerate of the house and furniture. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement. Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand where possible. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. - Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. Please be very respectful of our neighbors; please no loud music at any part of the day. No more than maximum cars or guests are allowed in the home. No fireworks. Personal fireworks are prohibited by the town of Newbury No defacing of property. We kindly ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Have fun!
