This gorgeous and very clean house is just steps away from the sandy beach, great entertainment venues, shopping, and lots of buzzing restaurants. This house was just beautifully remodeled and has been meticulously maintained- it's just waiting for you to stay in it! This house comfortably sleeps 5 people, has two parking spots in the driveway, and plenty of room to enjoy your vacation at the beach. The house has a full kitchen with basic cookware, plates, cups, and silverware, along with a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, toaster, and a washer/dryer unit for your convenience.
The living room has plenty of seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV so you can stream easily and enjoy the open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and whole-house air conditioning and heat.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and lots of natural light while the secondary room has a bunk-style bed with a full size on the lower level and a single on the top level.
The modern and bright bathroom is off the kitchen and offers a full tub with a tiled shower and a built-in makeup light in the vanity mirror.
The house comes stocked with bath towels, bed linens, Beach towels, a beach blanket and chairs, coffee, tea, and cleaning supplies There is 24/7 emergency maintenance available during your stay, and a professional manager is available to answer any questions leading up to and throughout your stay at Kentville Terrace.

The Space:
There is a large living room with a smart TV and seating. There is plenty of natural and artificial lighting along with a ceiling fan and central AC.
There is a dining table that sits 4.
There is a kitchen with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven & electric stove. The kitchen also has a coffee maker, coffee, spices, utensils, pots and pans, a toaster and more.
The coffee maker is a drip style and there is ground coffee and filters available at the house along with sugar, creamer, and tea bags.
There is a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen that has a 2 beach towel maximum.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed.
The secondary bedroom has a bunk bed - double on the bottom, twin on top.
There are beach towels, beach chairs and a beach blanket for you to use.
Guest Access:
You have access to the whole house along with 2 parking spots. There is an entrance off the front of the house and an entrance off of the driveway. The Driveway entrance has a keypad entrance which you will use to access the house when you arrive.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a a dead-end and has very minimal vehicle traffic in and out. The beach is just at the end of the road (apx. 2 minute walk from door to sand)
Getting Around:
If you plan to stay by the beach, walking is the best way to get around.
There are bike rentals, scooter rentals, and cart rentals to get around the beach area.
There are some ubers and lyft and taxi services available in the area but they can be hard to get during some times of day in the summer due to beach traffic.
