For those bringing vehicles - please be advised that the alleyway to the parking alley is 8 feet at the narrowest section, and 10 feet at the widest. The pillar opening to parking pad is 14 feet wide. Please also note that there is no thoroughfare if turning left out of the parking pad. There is also street parking on the side street next to the alley.

We love our neighbors and neighborhood. No parties and quiet enjoyment is expected, especially after 9pm
Since most guests prefer whole weekends, we can begin and end reservations on any day but Saturday
No smoking, incense or anything else that leaves a strong odor on the property. No animals on the property at all. $500 fine for evidence of either
