The manager on duty waited for us to arrive - very nice! The room could have been a little cleaner (bathroom tile, and other deeper cleaning) but we had a very nice stay.

For the room price it cannot be beat. Just a few minute-walk to the beach, so we were able to get up early and walked to the beach to watch the beautiful sunrise at Hampton Beach, which became one of our most unforgettable moments for our trip. We then walked to a cafe called Lola's kitchen to have coffee and breakfast. Their food was so delicious and the owners were so sweet.
