I messaged through Vrbo, as well as to the phone number and called with no response. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of her and we finally got our arrival details 2 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Upon arrival there were no towels and barely any toilet paper. "We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It is exactly as advertised. Enough room for the 9 of us and lots to do. We especially enjoyed the garage setup with the ping pong table and pool table as well as the lakefront view and hot tub. Ricky was a great host. He was very attentive and responsive.
