Grand historic home lovingly renovated in 2014. Stunning views of Peconic Bay, with direct access to the bay beach. Used by owners until recently. Very well maintained and spotless. Easy access from Sunrise Highway and an easy drive from NYC but feels like another world. Ideally looking for single family or group renting house for Memorial Day weekend until last weekend in June. $20,000 for this 31 day period.
