Offering many fishing and hunting opportunities with a regulation 9' Brunswick Pool Table to enjoy after a long day on the water or exploring everything around the Thousand Islands area and even Canada only 12 miles away!

NOW HAVE TWO NEW 2 PERSON SIT ON TOP KAYAKS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY.

Six different sleeping rooms w/seven new Hybrid Queen size beds/futons that maximizes privacy at night. The cabin has five Bedrooms and two full baths including washer/dryer and a massive 32' x 24' Living Room with the Pool Table and a large new 75" Smart TV for your Streaming pleasure! Also an assortment of games and DVD Movies to enjoy ! The cabin has a heat pump that provides heat and air conditioning depending on the need of the day. Also, the cabin has water filtration throughout even for the baths and showers! All bed linens, towels and kitchen dinnerware all ready for use to support up to 14 guests!

Also a very large kitchen fully equipped with everything you should need to cook up a fabulous meal even a new 55" Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Included is two large Refrigerator/Freezers to hold all your beverages and your fish catch of the day! Included in the kitchen is a Coffee pot, single serve Kuerig, large toaster, Microwave and even a quick water heater for the Tea or Hot Chocolate crowd! A nice gas stove/oven to prep your meals and a large Custom solid wood Table and chairs that should seat 12-14.

A wonderful Deck overlooking the River and Dock that can house up to 3 boats AND a Fish Cleaning Station with running water! The whole expansive 2000+ sq. Foot has had a major refresh of all furniture and appliances!

There is an excellent baggage drop off area right in front of stairs down to front door! Also, excellent area for Guest parking for at least 3 vehicles and at least 1 boat trailer! A Firepit to enjoy and a large Weber Gas Grill with Picnic table and chairs to relax day or night!

We had an excellent vacation in this spacious house with a beautiful view. It was so quiet and relaxing. Loved sleeping in the “nature bedroom” overlooking the river. We enjoyed visting Alex Bay and local wineries as well as just hanging out at the house.
Stayed 6 nights in Aug 2024
