"Easy check-in with gracious front desk personnel. Plenty of parking. Well-lit area and very clean. The bed was so comfortable, room was ckean and new, sheets were soft, tv worked, refrigerator worked and was clean, great water pressure with soft towels. It was a wonderful stay. Only glitch was super-loud sex in the room above me at 1:47 a.m. but it was fairly short-lived and made me laugh. Otherwise, the hotel was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Brrakfast was decent, too. "

" Our room had a sewer smell when we checked in. After two flushes, the toilet clogged. Plunger didn’t help and toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The staff was terrific and quickly moved us to a different room. Food ran out in the free breakfast. We had to go back twice to be able to eat something. Only thing available was scrambled eggs and oranges. However, the extra effort that staff made during our stay was very much appreciated."

I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from Expedia, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the Expedia...
