"Appartement parfaitement...
"Appartement parfaitement situé dans Hammamet, à 20 minutes à pieds des fortifications. De nombreux commerces à proximité. L'appartement est calme et très bien équipé, avec deux chambres et un trés grand salon-salle à manger. La cuisine est spacieuse. La terrasse supérieure doit être aussi très agréable en été pour profiter du soleil. L'accueil de Mr I. est tout en gentillesse et en discrétion. Sa famille est super sympatique, et ses conseils utiles. Endroit idéal pour passer des vacances au calme, en se sentant chez soi, car l'espace privé est parfaitement préservé. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans ce logement.... Mr Dominique B., Lyon, France"

Bien situé et bien entretenu
Je recommande cet appartement, il est bien situé pas loin du centre ville (a 10 minutes à pied). Toutes commodités dans la rue principale. Bien entretenu, spacieux et équipé, et si besoin le propriétaire reste disponible. Le propriétaire est une personne de confiance et un facilitateur, c’est très appréciable ! Oubliez Yasmine, oubliez les contre-vérités. Soyez accueillis dans ce qu'est réellement une ville que le tourisme de masse a sacrifié sur l'autel de l'apparence. Vous ne serez pas déçus! Une petite maison de charme dans le quartier de Batam, entourée de familles, de commerçants qui vous adoptent rapidement, voilà ce qu'est cette petite niche de plaisirs et de rencontres. Le confort est présent. Les propriétaires d'une discrétion "professionnelle". Rien n'y manque! A quelques minutes de plaisir pédestre de la Médina, à quelques secondes d'un croissant digne de Paris, et de restaurants où la qualité des plats côtoie les sourires et la douceur de vivre. Lovely clean home. Friendly owner and family
Lovely home, well equipped with all amenities. Home owner and family are very friendly and helpful with all needs. If you have a need for something it is provided for you immediately. Transport reliable and very reasonable rates, always on time and friendly. The home is in a nice area and within walking distance to the beach and town. Restaraunts and supermarkets close by. I love this home and book it every tear sometimes 3 times in the year. I felt very safe in Hammamet, security was amazing Police at check points and around all areas, military also patrolling the town and surrounding areas. Markets beach town medinas were all safe I never once felt uncomfortable or concerned. Will be certainly booking again this year. THANKYOU so much for your kind hospitality.

beautiful place and setting
The house was very clean and within walking distance to shops, beach, and restaurants. The owner was very welcoming and very helpful. He was there whenever we needed information or things in the house. one thing I have to admit i ate lots of raspberries from the big tree leaning on our balcony. cozy, clean, and friendly place. I plan to go back if available soon.

Wonderful property
In a very good location close to all amenities. Owner very friendly. Called to home a couple of times to check all was going well. I called owner once in my stay as the tv channels were not working. Owner came within minutes and fixed the problem. Will I return to the property. Yes definitely. I would recommend this property 100%.

"Nous avons apprécié cet appartement pour sa fonctionnalité. Les équipements en place sont largement suffisants et bien entretenus. La proximité des commerces est très appréciable entre autre pour le pain frais et les croissants du petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Quel bonheur ! L’accueil sur place a été d’entrée de jeu, très chaleureux. Au cours du séjour nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et le dévouement du propriétaire. Sa présence sur place était rassurante sans être intrusive. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise, dans une ambiance familiale et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. "

la location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, très propre, calme, très conviviale . l'endroit est agréable, la maison est dotée de tout ce dont on a besoin; et facile à retrouver et elle est situé tout près des commerces, la plage et centres de loisirs. n'oubliant pas de complémenter le propriétaire qui était très gentil et aux petits soins. Location à recommander vivement. NB: elle a déjà été recommandé à nos proches.

"Cette location est vraiment très bien. Je suis un locataire régulier et je reviens toujours avec plaisir dans une maison de M. Ismail qui est un propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses locataires. La maison correspond exactement aux photos et au descriptif du site. Elle est idéalement située dans un endroit calme non loin des commerces et du centre ville d''Hammamet. J''ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison sans le moindre problème, et M. Ismail est toujours disponible pour rendre la vie plus facile. La maison est très propre, bien équipée pour passer de bonnes vacances. Je reviendrai certainement ici pour d''autres vacances et je recommande chaudement cette location à mes amis et à tous ceux qui liront ce commentaire."

"The Villa is very well l...
"The Villa is very well located close to local shops and a little taxi trip for half a dinarto the Medina was excellent where there are a host of cafes and restaurants and an excellent beach and promenade. I found the accommodation to be very comfortable, clean and tidy I had the added luxury of a private sun roof. The owner Ishmail and his lovely wife were very helpful and as it was my first trip to Tunisia the pick up and drop off service offered by Ishmail from and to the airport was very welcomed by me."

"This was a nice apartmen...
"This was a nice apartment which was very central and close to shops, cafes etc and taxis which ran back and forward to the Medina and beach. The apartment was comfortable and clean and I enjoyed the private sunroof which this apartment offered. It was quiet and I felt peaceful. Ismail was at hand and very helpful if there were any problems to be solved and I appreciated the pick up and drop off at the airport as it had been my first time in Tunisia. I would definitely go back again."

Belle maison entourée de ...
Belle maison entourée de fleurs située dans un endroit calme et pourtant très près de toutes les commodités. Commerces, plage, centre-ville se trouvent très proches. Un grand merci au propriétaire M. F I qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires avec gentillesse et didponibilité. Cela fait 2 fois que je loue chez M. I et je reviendrai sûrement chez lui. Je conseille vivement cette location à tout le monde.
