Assolutamente impresentabile. invasi dalle formiche e lucertole. molto scadente nei servizi. impossibile farsi una doccia, seri problemi con lo scarico del wc, difficoltoso persino chiudere la porta di casa. nessuna tv. già al momento della prenotazione abbiamo avuto sorprese. tutti i servizi presentati sono risultati a pagamento extra ( wi fi, tv, aria condizionata, pulizie giornaliere) dopo aver coinvolto l'ufficio legale di home away il proprietario aveva offerto servizi gratis per poi richiederne il pagamento prima della partenza. ridicolo dover tornare a casa per rientrare i cuscini del terrazzo se piove o per fornire le chiavi alla signora delle pulizie per pulire altri appartamenti della stessa location. gravissimo presentare un prodotto non conforme: MANCANZA TOTALE DI APPARECCHIO TELEVISIVO. nonostante la prenotazione (20 giorni) siamo scappati in hotel all'undicesimo giorno con aggravio di spese. abbiamo consegnato le chiavi prima della scadenza e sembrerebbe che il proprietario aveva già affittato l'appartamento incurante di un contatto in essere.

Je vais reprendre,point par point le descriptif de l'annonce, et justifier mon titre:la chambre n'est pas celle des photos:la pièce est petite,avec un vieux lit entouré de vieux petits placards poussiéreux,à l'intérieur, des étagères en vieux bois fatigué recouvertes de morceaux de vieux tissus effrangés.Au dessus du lit,un ventilateur à la gîte inquiétante.Six couchages( si l'on veut): lit déjà mentionné,canapé d'angle sur lequel deux personnes peuvent s'y allonger pour y passer ''une nuit de folie ''sur chacune des 2 assises,enfin,''the best but not the least'' le matelas sorti de derrière,non pas les fagots,mais le canap' pour les 2 dernières personnes du sextet à qui vous voulez, certainement, beaucoup de mal pour les y faire coucher. Pour la clim,pas eu le temps d'essayer,nous sommes restés 3heures dans l'appart',pour la télé, il faut acheter les piles des télécommandes, La voiture,en fait de parking,c'est un emplacement de stationnement dans la rue.Si les enfants sont certainement les bienvenus,ils n'en sont pas pour autant en sécurité,mauvaise limonade: Carreaux de verre,TOUS,cassés sur la porte séparant la chambre de la salle à manger dont des morceaux acérés et,de ce fait gourmands en coupures au bas de la porte.Au deuxième étage,absence de garde corps sur une partie de la terrasse dédiée,d'où un enfant peut parfaitement se faufiler à travers les fers à bétons servant à l'obturation plus que partielle de ce trou béant(rappel: nous sommes au 2ème étage).Des branchements électriques très ''rock en roll'',avec notamment,dans la lilliputienne salle d'eau-WC dédiée,jamais mentionnée dans l'annonce, le fil électrique reliant l'armoire à pharmacie au réseau électrique qui passe au dessus de la pomme de douche!!! Cloclo au secours!!!Ne ratez pas, aussi, les branchements électriques hasardeux de la salle à manger.Serviettes de bain antédiluviennes, à l'origine blanches, mais devenues grises tachées de jaune,vu leur âge vénérable. L'électroménager: sachez qu'il est,en partie,''HS'': plaque à induction cassée sur le dessus,lave linge en panne,frigo Américain ayant connu de meilleurs jours(caisse rouillée),four micro ondes sale(reliefs de repas)rare vaisselle.Une partie du mobilier ''HS'' lui aussi.Si sa signature est, parfois, prestigieuse, son état n'en est pas moins piteux. La salle de bain hammam des jolies photos, est à l'usage du proprio!!! J'ai 79 photos dispos, moins jolies, car mes griefs sont non exhaustifs. Aussi, fuyez... vite!!!
