"When we arrived Wi-Fi was not working couldn't contact home. I complained to karim he couldn't speak English. He was saying 1hr or tomorrow. Four days later he sorted it out and one week later it never worked. The toilet was over flowing never got repaired so had to use only one toilet. I believe Karim did not care about anything. Other people also said he was waste of time. Because of it I give two stars. If you can't speak French or Arabic it will be a big problem."

"We arrived to the villa at an ungodly hour after a delayed flight and almost couldn't get in because the door was so stiff but the security guard helped us (tip- pull the door towards you while turning the (key!) The villa is huge and a great space for large family or group to spend time. We found the beds quite uncomfortable but the shutters and air conditioning helped to keep the house cool. It has all the amenities but unfortunately were somewhat plagued by ants! We had to keep all food in...
