This was a perfect and cozy place to stay! The hosts are very nice and communicative, and everything is kept clean. We loved how it’s surrounded by nature, it really did feel like the perfect getaway!

Great stay - just outside Rochester
This was our second stay at this great property in the middle of the farms, yet so close to civilization. Our home away from home, when visiting family in the area. Great room, great location, superb hosts. We’ll be back next year. Our home away from home, when visiting family in the area.

Cozy studio in Hamlin
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as stated online. Very clean and cozy studio apartment close to Brockport where we attending a graduation.

Perfect!
Absolutely perfect for what we needed. The cleanest rental I've ever experienced, and had everything someone needs for a stay away from home. Plus, the decor was beautiful - better than some hotels I've been in. The host was tremendously responsive and easy to work with. The location is remote, yet easy to get to and convenient with a nice town and lake area nearby. Definitely on the top of my best ever rental list.

It is a remote area but nearby trailer parks make for a lot of traffic - which makes walking on road difficult. Also, septic system odors were strong

Quiet Country Retreat
Very clean and comfortable studio apartment in a peaceful rural setting. Features a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi, and a compact kitchenette with mini fridge and 2-burner gas stove. Cookware, plates, blender, toaster, coffee pot and more were all provided. The owners are truly wonderful people and the hospitality they showed us was exceptional. The country location is very quiet but there are plenty of restaurants and attractions in the nearby towns just minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Retreat in Hamlin
We had a awesome stay in the Hamlin area and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Host anticipated every possible need for a weekend or an extended stay. Will definately use them again when in the area.

was a clean new room and it looked exactly like the pictures. The owners are super nice and go over and above their hospitality to make you feel welcome. We wish we had more time to stay, we will go back. they left us a bottle of wine on the table. had plenty of clean towels. everything you need was available in the room. small fridge and small gas stove in the room if you wanted to cook a meal. we found a nice little family restaurant down the road to eat at. Owners are wonderful people. seeing the horses in the field was an extra plus. enjoyed seeing them everyday. shower and bathroom was very clean.

Perfect accommodations and host!
If you're looking for a quiet getaway w/ exceptional service, this is it!! The Husband/Wife team provide a level of service usually only found at a Ritz Carlton. The accomadations were perfect and everything felt VERY new. We had a perfect time!!
