"Booked 2 rooms for family. A/c did not work in mine. After staff checking it and 2 hours later the temperature actually went up to 79, they moved us to another room which a/c worked fine. Room was clean with all that we needed. Front staff was very informative which was nice. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, yogurt, apple, toast, etc....light. Indoor pool that we did not use, but looked nice. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping(WalMart/Meijer) Washington Park was about 15 min and South Shore 10 min. We stayed to take the SS in to Chicago for museums. "
