This was the perfect stay! We needed a vintage farmhouse to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday and this did not disappoint. The host left sweet extra goodies, the style was beautiful, this home is very comfortable and in a quite setting. The small details made this stay extra special. Thank you so much to the host! Highly recommended!
What a great little farmhouse. Pretty much everything we needed as a basecamp to enjoy exploring the valley. We loved watching elk come through the property one evening.
Beautiful property in a beautiful location.
We really enjoyed staying at this home, it was clean and well stocked. Thanks Becki for the cookies and eggs!
Wonderful place to stay. Super cute farmhouse. A lot of thought has gone into preserving this property. Home baked goods, fresh farm eggs, ice tea and lemonade in the fridge was a cherry on top to this property. Thanks for the great stay!
We loved the cozy farmhouse. Great location for us, as our family only lived 2 miles from the house. Description was spot on. Property owner has drag farm eggs and fresh baked goods upon our arrival. We loved it and would stay again.
We had a wonderful time in Montana and our stay in the farmhouse was great. The house was very clean and basic necessities were provided. We are very grateful for our host! We had powerful storm that came through and knocked out power. We were provided with water and light without asking! We are very grateful for that! Thank you for being so accommodating.
First time ever staying at a Vrbo so we didn't know quite what to expect but this place is amazing! The house is very cute and quaint but still has everything you need. The neighborhood is very peaceful and you feel like you're in your own little world. She left farm fresh eggs and baked goods for us which were delicious. Would stay again!
Perfectly restored farm house in the beautiful bitterroot valley.
The farm house was a perfect base to explore the beauty of the Bitterroot valley. The home was decorated in a classic style. It was so relaxing to sit in the porch in the morning and enjoy the fresh air and birds singing. The house was easy to get to and the host was so kind to provide everything needed for a great stay.
Very nicely restored turn of the century home. Nothing was missing as far as making a guest feel welcome and comfortable. The farm fresh eggs and homemade cookies that were provided were delicious!
I was in town for a week for work and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much
My kids loved the games that were available and, as a family, we thoroughly enjoyed playing in the wide open yard (complete with a backyard "stage" for impromptu performances). We would have liked to have some basic spices available for cooking, but the muffins and cookies our sweet host left for us were delicious and a fun surprise. Tere was easy access to the main roads for hiking and recreational fun, while still giving us a peaceful, away location to enjoy. All my kids are already asking if we can stay there again.
Host Becki is a lovely person and very accommodating. Very comfortable beds. Historically quaint decor. Unique property. Not being very technologically competent, we couldn’t figure out how to operate the tv. But we didn’t stay there to watch tv. Also the Wi-Fi system worked well for our iPhones and iPads on the first day but quit working the next day of our 2 day stay. It wasn’t even listed as available when we tried to reconnect. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again in the future.
Such a cute and comfy house as our home base to explore Hamilton and the Bitterroot Valley! We cooked, played games, and watched the sunset from the the yard! The beds are comfortable and the stocked Keurig coffee bar was a bonus! No Air-conditioning, but we were comfortable with fans the nights we were there. View of mountains from the yard was nice. Shower was great! This is an older house with creaky floors and doors that stick, but we loved it!
I am from New York, my sister from Florida. We stayed here to go to a wedding in Montana.
Although my sister has been to Montana several times this place was amazing.
It’s the perfect location to get to Missoula and 10 minutes away from the most adorable town of Darby
The scenery from the farmhouse is breathtaking. So peaceful and serene!! You automatically go into vacation mode, stepping outside.
The farmhouse is very clean & comfy.
Everything you need, pots, pans, extra towels, wash & dryer.
I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again on my next trip back to Montana!!
Many thanks to our host Becki for welcoming us with homemade treats and farm fresh eggs!
We were vendors for the Apple festival and enjoyed our stay here. The cookies were amazing and did not last long.
We saw elk in the field and the area is beautiful.
We had a wonderful time! My kids loved pretending they lived on a farm. It was a comfortable and welcome rest from many days of camping. It was convenient to Hamilton and very quiet. Becki's hospitality was wonderful.
