"We had a lovely stay in a great location. We were there alone for the first few days and it was very peaceful. Unfortunately there was another party staying above us for the last few nights and they were very loud. Lots of running and stomping. We also had an issue with large spiders in the bathroom / laundry room and the ac unit next to the bed was quite loud. Overall it was a good stay, just a few minor hiccups. "

"The space was nice and everything but the bed needs a new mattress. It has a pillow topper but the mattress dips so that the sides are higher and you lean towards the center. If you don't have to share the bed, then no problem. I admit, I sleep near the edge of the bed and I'm a side sleeper. Other than this, everything else is great. I would suggest to the owner to remove the AC in the bedroom because the one in the living room is sufficient for the whole space and there's a ceiling fan...

"Exactly as described. A very comfortable space with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen with free bottled water and coffee. Small mini bar available too. A short walk to downtown and all it has to offer. Will definitely stay here again. Two window AC units but I found they kept the apartment very comfortable during our stay. "

At least 4 restaurants within a block and the apartment itself is beautiful.....historic charm but with all the mod cons, and the views of the Ohio River out of the 3 large windows are gorgeous.
