Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are large and luxuriously decorated, with extra large beds. One of the best properties of our trip. Could not recommend highly enough for a great stay in Hamburg. 5 stars for sure!

Great location for easy access to all the sights!
The room was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that parking is about 3 blocks away...probably unavoidable in Hamburg! But it was easy to walk to all the great sight in downtown Hamburg from this hotel. I highly recommend.

Perfect little Hotel
Great location, everything you could possibly need in the rooms. The AC a little weak in the room. Close to Miniature Wonderland. Only 10 min walk and only 15 min walk to Rathaus.

Very elegant hotel! Beautifully decorated rooms with espresso machine, kettle, steam iron and mini bar. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. There is a buffet as well you can order from a menu. If you are driving you can park in front of the hotel to check in. The public parking lot less than a 5 minute walk. We absolutely loved the hotel and location!

Ein unvergesslicher Weihnachtsurlaub
Wir haben das Hotel über die Weihnachtstage besucht und es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und die Lobby war auch sehr schön geschmückt. Während meines Aufenthaltes habe ich Milaan kennengelernt und er hat mir bei allen meinen Anfragen und Anliegen weitergeholfen. Er war immer ein Schritt weiter als ich selber und er konnte meine Wünsche förmlich von den Lippen ablesen. Dies hat den Trip in die Heimat versüßt und ich bedanke mich bei ihm sowie dem restlichen Team für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!
