Welcome to our beautiful, freshly renovated 100 sqm apartment in the heart of Hamburg. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and is centrally located at Hamburg Central Station. The apartment is of high quality and comfortably furnished so that you can feel completely at home during a vacation or a business trip.

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen. Both bedrooms and the kitchen-cum-living room with balcony are quietly located to the rear. Living and dining room face the street (Hansaplatz). The apartment is well insulated and therefore, despite the central and bustling area, a small quiet oasis of calm after a hard day of sightseeing or work.

The apartment is in colorful St. Georg - in the heart of Hamburg on Hansaplatz. There is hardly any other district in Hamburg that is so interesting and centrally located for visitors to Hamburg: shopping, a wide range of cultural and sightseeing attractions and a wide range of restaurants are practically at your feet. As is so often the case in large cities, the neighborhood to the main train station attracts a typical milieu. You should be aware of this before booking.

The old building is located in a cul-de-sac in front of Hansaplatz. The public parking spaces directly in front of the entrance are often taken and due to the inner city location there are many no parking zones in the neighborhood. However, there are private parking spaces directly in the street.

Very close to the train station. The area is a bit run down but it is very close to the main shopping street. The apartment is very spacious. Up two flights of stairs

Great apartment in a great location, only 5ins walk to the central train station. The kitchen is very well fitted out with everything you need if you want to cook, it also has a coffee machine. There is a good size supermarket at the train station. Washing machine is great, no dryer but there is a big clothes horse to hang washing on. The host is veery helpful and leaves a package of useful info. Be aware that it is on the 2nd floor with no lift, and the bathroom and toilet are tiny. Other than that it’s a fantastic apartment and I would recommend it.

Superzentral sauber und komfortabel
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Unsere Raucherin hat der Balkon zum Innenhof sehr gefreut! Unten im Gebäude ist eine Bar. Dort und auch in der Strasse war Abends einiges los mit gemischtem Publikum. Uns hat das nicht gestört und wir wurden auch nicht angesprochen. Wir würden wieder buchen! Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

sehr zentrale Lage - toller Altbau
Ganz wunderbare Lage in HH, unmittelbar zum Hbf u. Lange Reihe, es gibt aber auch Leute, die empfindlich reagieren (ist eben Bahnhofsviertel/Hansa Platz), ich fand es toll. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für 4 - 6 Leute. Einziges Manko: Es sollte mehr bessere/hellere Beleuchtung an den Betten geben (beide Seiten in Doppelbetten mögen gerne lesen). Das kann man ja sicher schnell verbessern. Ansonsten wie gesagt, alles wunderbar.

Sehr angenehme große Wohnung mitten im Zentrum. Vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Umgebung halb so wild, wenn man einfach durchgeht. Super leichtes Einchecken. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine Wohnung, die nur 5 min. vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt lag: groß, sauber, gemütlich, mit allem eingerichtet, was man halt so benötigt. Alles hat bestens geklappt und wir hatten ein paar gute Tage in Hamburg, gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung
Eine Wohnung in die wir direkt einziehen könnten. Es war alles da was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und genau so lange von der Straße Lange Reihe. Hier und auch in der Umgebung finden Sie Bars , Restaurants und Shops. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief Problemlos. Mussten kurzfristig 2 Personen abmelden, Corona! Anstandslos haben wir die Zahlung für die beiden erstattet bekommen. Werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen !

Schöne Wohnung mit gewissem Charme
Nähe des Hbf gelegen. Für Junge Leute gut gelegen. Für ältere ist die Umgebung evtl Suboptimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort.

Beste Voraussetzungen für einen Kurztrip nach HH
Tolle, saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung. Die zentrale Lage hat uns schnell von A nach B gebracht. Trotz des stark frequentiertem Umfeld haben wir nachts keine Ruhestörung empfunden. Die kommunikation mit Nina war unkompliziert, nett und zeitnah. Diese wohnung kann ich wärmstens weiter empfehlen und plane sie jetzt schon für meine nächste Hamburg-Reise ein...

Sehr zentral gelegen
Die schöne Altbauwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen.Zu Fuß und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Ortsteil selber ist nicht schöna.Dies hat uns nicht gestört, da wir in der Stadt und an den Landungsbrücken unterwegs waren.

Super Wohnung ABER
Wir vier Erwachsene waren sofort von der stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung begeistert: Stuckdecken, restaurierter Dielenboden, voll ausgestattete elegante Küche, wunderbar bequeme Betten und viel Raum zum Relaxen nach den Stadttouren. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: 6 Minuten gemütlich zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und für uns Gehfreudige perfekt gelegen, um sämtliche Ziele per Pedes zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem hat uns die "am Bahnhof"- typische Vielfalt der Kulturen (wie beschrieben) zugesagt. Einzig die sehr schöne Dusche und das Wc haben Schwachstellen: Die Dichtungen der Glastüren erlauben starken Wasseraustritt, so dass nur der erste Duscher in den Genuss eines tockenen Duschvorlegers kommt. Nach jedem Duschen muss eine mittelgroße Pfütze abgeräumt werden. Am großen Handtuchheizkörper trocknet der Vorleger aber schon nach kurzer Zeit ab. Was jedem unbedingt vor einer Buchung bekannt sein muss: Das WC ist ULTRA KLEIN - selbst ein etwas fettleibiger oder unflexibler Mensch würde es wahrscheinlich als SEHR unangenehm beurteilen. Sehr empfehlenswert dazu wäre die Entfernung des im WC befindlichen Handwaschbeckens - welches ich als fehlplatzierten Luxus in einem überforderten Engraum beschreibe. (das Waschbecken im Bad ist nämlich keine 40cm entfernt). Ich empfehle wärmstens die Entfernung dieses Handwaschbeckens zu Gunsten der Nutzbarkeit des Kleinst-WC’s. Wir hätten unsere Begeisterung und Anregung gerne persönlich mitgeteilt, was durch den personenfreien (reibungslosen) Check-In und Check-Out wegfiel. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter - unter Vorbehalt des Mini-WC’s und für jeden, der das Bahnhofsviertel nicht scheut.

Zentral gelegen
Wir haben die Wohnung für unsere Städtereise gebucht. Unweit vom Hbf gelegen und damit gute Anbindung an das Nahverkehrsnetz.. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum belebten Hansaplatz ist es nachts relativ laut. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Check_in lief sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Optimale Lage und Ausstattung
Nur 300 Meter vom Hbf gelegen, im 2. OG eines Altbaus. Großzügige Räume, Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhaus, zeitweise orientalische Düfte und nachts mit leichten Geräuschen von Passanten oder Logistikbewegungen untermalt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schön und ideenreich renoviert. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Städtereisen.
