As a German female traveling solo I felt extremly unsafe. Pretty much only men staying there, loitering in the lobby, catcalling. Shouting in the middle of the night. Room stank of sewer, cleaning staff burst in without knocking. Renovations going on in Hallways and building site outside window, first floor. Extremely disappointed, left property after 2 days due to this, no compensation, very difficult communication with management, virtual assistant

The property was immaculately kept. And the room was clean. From check-in to check-out, all of it can be done independently. Beverages that were prepared was sufficient and was generous. However, the code to access and enter the property was rather difficult to access especially from a foreign country. we were lucky to have a good samaritan came by and helped us out.

Be prepared for conflicting messages and overall confusion on when you can actually check in. The idea of a contactless hotel check in is great. But when you’re WhatsApping with AI, automated messages, and different agents, there’s zero clarity. The numa system needs to be improved.

Very nice property
This was a very nice property with a small restaurant and great breakfast. Caution for people though as the check in is all done on line with no front desk. For some reason we did not get the email with instructions for check in which created a unwanted problembut we were able to sort it out in an hour or so. It would ha e been easy had we received the email. Also make sure to prebook parking if required

Exceeded my expectations. Stadt Park is right around the corner and street parking wasn't difficult. There's not much else in the surrounding area, but the hotel room was modern and well thought through.

VG. Fancy/over techy light switches let it down
The apartment was large enough, beds comfortable and facilities good. Only downside really was the lights. The control panel was confusing and didn't seem to have any logic to it spent 10 minutes trying to get the small bedside light to work after getting it to work easily the previous time. The bathroom lights were very dim.

My stay at Numa Hamburg
Overall I enjoyed my stay, and was suprised how easy it was to access the property and room using the keypad. My room had complimentary beverages and nibbles waiting for me. The area is very quiet at night, so no need to worry about traffic or people being noisy. I initially thougt I had a problem with the electric kettle, and emailed Numa who replied within a day - but I solved the problem myself once I had figured out how to properly use they control panel in the room. Also the property is only a 5 min walk from the S bahn station. The only negatives for me was the mattress - it was too hard, and it would have been nice to have a glass in the bathroom for a toothbrush.

With over 80 new things don't come easy anymore.
Excellent accomodations and communication via Internet ( WhatsApp) The problem was this is not a standard hotel room. There should have been an alert how to turn on the main switch , which controlled lighting and receptacles. The problem was solved after e mail communication.
