German Unity Day parkrun trip
The hotel was ideally placed for exploring the city. The room was on the 6th floor and was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the rate and the vegan food choices were good. The Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for money. My room was an older style single, but perfectly adequate for a 3 night stay. Good location, near Alster lakes (great for a stroll/run) and beautiful Planten un Blomen park. Rathaus about 1/2 mile. Breakfast and cleaning staff efficient and friendly. Poor WiFi. Laeiszhalle also within easy walking distance, where I attended a concert. Would use again.

Great location great stay.
Family trip to Hamburg. Hotel is in a great location. Free parking after 8pm in front of hotel on the boulevard street. Other than that a parking structure I was told was 15min away. Room was great and breakfast as well.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. It was very close to restaurants and shops. It was an older hotel so the room furnishings were older. The bathroom was remodeled. The breakfast and lounge area were nice. Breakfast offered a variety of items and was very good. If you enjoy a more traditional hotel , I would recommend it. The staff were very courteous and professional.

Great value
A delightful family-run hotel just 50 or so yards from the Stephanplatz Ubahn station. Comfortable and compact rooms (a little too compact perhaps) and an excellent breakfast. The desk staff are charming and helpful (except for one grumpy young man during the day) and the hotel is remarkable value for money. Congratulations.

Great hotel for the price
Easy and fast check in. Very well located. The room is very basic but has what is needed. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness with a very comfy bed and. Could have been better if it had air conditioning, specially during the heatwave now but, unfortunately, not even a fan I had in the room. Staff are all very polite and pleasant. Breakfast is average but ok. The location is, undoubtedly, the highest selling point. If younger travelling on a budget, I totally recommend it.

I stayed here from the 22nd to 25th August. I am currently learning German and the staff were excellent in helping me to develop & learn. The hotel provided excellent breakfast options, had transport for the U-Bahn down the road and was next door to a variety of excellent shops. Fully recommend for anyone wanting a great stay in Hamburg. The only - point was no air conditioning in the rooms, hopefully this can be added in future, but not a major issue.
