I was disappointed for the price, that the hotel will charge extra to have the room cleaned.And also, there was no coffee machine, either fridge inside the room. Even at the breakfast you need to pay for a coffee.

Very close to the airport and Lufthansa. Always has a nice staff who is friendly, and only a quick cab ride into the city center or the Harbor area to enjoy. Very clean hotel too.

This hotel is as you would expect an Ibis to be, clean and comfortable. The only downside for me is the hotel is next to a main road which detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great hotel
Good service, nice location near airport. We left 4 in the morning and there were coffee/tee, fruits and croissants in the lobby to cater yourself. Really nice. The only complaint is other guests coming and leaving at all hours and making a lot of noise (eg loud talking).

It was nice and newly renovated however it didn’t look like they had done a thorough cleaning of the room before we checked in. There was a used towel in the bathroom and an empty water bottle in the corner of the room.

It was bright and clean. Good selection of things to eat in the bars or restaurant for a vegetarian. Good selection in the shops for a last minute Xmas gift.

Basic hotel but based on price it was a decent stay. Room was clean on arrival. No noise in the room. My room faced the interior part of the hotel. Room was very basic, on the small size. No safe, no Kleenex/facial tissue paper.

Clean, newly renovated, 15 min walk to airport but very, very basic services. No Airport shuttle for an airport hotel. If all you’re looking for is a clean private bed and bathroom for $130 some a night, this is the place. If you like a few little more amenities such as a box of Kleenex, wash clothes, coffee maker in room, you’re out of luck. Most disappointing was that a full breakfast was included when we booked, also a card in the room confirmed that but as they are renovating there was no breakfast available. They offered a coffee and 2 kinds of basic pastries at the reception. A heads up would have been appreciated.

Clean, great air conditioning. Make sure you got a booking reference number, bcs the hotel need that. I can’t check in with my itinerary and confirmation number, need to call Expedia to contact the hotel. A little mess but I managed to check in within 20 minutes.
