This is a hotel for travellers who want good fitness facilities; the gym is as good as you will ever see; pools are good … possibly a little short of 25m but proper lane markings and very clean.

This is a fab place to stay if you want peaceful space. There’s not the usual “full service” of a hotel but if you look past that, or want too draw sports facilities this is the ideal choice!

I have been staying at the hotel a couple of times. And it seems it always has problems with the heating. The room was cold and it couldn’t get more than 20-21 degrees. Depending on were you room is can it be a bit noisy, I did stay close to the entrance this time. The spar and swimming pool is fantastic.

Very nice hotel located in exquisite area
We had a very pleasant stay in very nice surroundings (hotel and locaction) The hotel is a hot spot for germans…(sport/swimming/ spa) Although disappointing that the so-called restaurant and bar already close at 15:00 In addition nice cafés/restaurants are located close by ! Beaware of the German way/tradition! Spa area & selected garden area (away from the pool) is textile free area ;) Heidi, Denmark 🇩🇰

Too many kids in the spa area. The room was not clean, I doubt they used a vacuum cleaner. Usually it is better than this time.

Tolle Lage und tolles Fitness-Sportangebot. Allerdings grenzenlos unterbesetzt. Alles dauert sehr lange, das Personal ist freundlich aber überfordert mit dem Andrang. Die Zimmer sind total hellhörig, da diese nur durch eine Verbindungstür getrennt sind. Die Möbel teilweise abgeschrabbt. Frühstück für ein Hotel dieser Güteklasse ok, aber nicht gut. Alles in Allem lohnt es sich wegen Sport und Lage wiederzukommen, aber ansonsten nicht.

Fint hotel med et fantastisk spa område 👌 bare ærgeligt at det første man bliver mødt af, er en receptionist der nægter at anerkende ens eksistens. Ikke så meget som et hej eller et velkommen, kunne han fremstamme.. han formåede at tjekke os ind, uden på noget tidspunkt at ændre hans stone face, eller give os noget som helst information. Har aldrig i mit liv mødt en så elendig og så lidt serviceminded receptionist.!

Leider waren wir bei unserer Ankunft am späten Abend negativ überrascht. Beim Betreten unseres Zimmers erwartete uns das komplette Gegenteil dessen, was vom Clubhotel nach außen vermittelt wird. Wir fanden ein Zimmer vor, welches augenscheinlich seit Wochen/Monaten nicht mehr richtig gereinigt wurde. Scheinbar geht das Housekeeping mit geschlossenen Augen durch die Zimmer. An einem Bild an der Wand klebte ein Haarbüschel mit Kaugummi, auf dem Kopfteil des Bettes war eine dicke Staubschicht, Haare im Badezimmer, Spiegel mit Zahnpastaspritzern…wir wollten nicht kleinlich sein, aber das alles waren Dinge, die einem sofort ins Auge stachen. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir dann den Mut gefasst und die Situation an der Rezeption angesprochen. Hier war der Herr sehr freundlich und bemüht das Problem zu lösen, er buchte uns sofort in ein neues Zimmer um. Allerdings mussten wir beim Betreten feststellen, dass dieses noch belegt war. Ein no go! Also wieder zurück im alten Zimmer kam dann eine Dame welche sich die Mängel ansah, bot uns an, auf den Zimmerwechsel zu verzichten und das Zimmer zu reinigen. Wir hatten auf eine Stauballergie hingewiesen und ihr explizit die Staubschicht auf dem Kopfteil des Bettes gezeigt. Als wir dann nach etwa einer Stunde das neue Zimmer beziehen konnten, exakt die selbe Problematik. Zugehört wurde uns also nicht. Das neue Zimmer war also vom Zustand und der Sauberkeit nicht merklich besser. Wer also auf Sauberkeit wert legt ist hier leider falsch.
