"Right opposite the train station and a relatively short foot walk to the city center. I had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable room. I can recommend the breakfast buffet."

"Excellent as always! The food was exceptional and extremely generous portions but also nice and healthy! The most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. It is actually more convenient than being at home with an absolutely beautiful mapped out walk by the lake on the doorstep. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming."

"Very spacious and clean property in the centre of Osnabrück. The suite had a nice kitchen and there is a laundry room onsite with 2 washing machines and a dryer. Access is simple through a pin code emailed over before check in. Would recommend."

"Hotel advertises facilities that they don't have. Advertise a golf course onsite and a swimming pool. There is NO golf course and the pool is not a swimming pool, it's a shallow plunge pool at best."

"The contactless check in was confusing and difficult. The was no one at the desk, inside a locked door. Opening the doors was weird and no instructions. The room smelled of bug spray so strongly it was hard to sleep. No instructions on checking out, just had to guess."

"I and my brothers, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners and their children are lovely. They have different animals which we loved, expecially the lovely black labrador which is so friendly. The area is beautiful and green, many trees in the area. We are planning to return toward the end of this year to discover more of the area. The house is perfect for several guests. "Such a great place to stay! We travel a lot by car between England and Sweden, so have stayed a few times now. We have two dogs that are welcome to stay in the hotel, and with one of us being celiac it’s possible to have breakfast as they offer great gluten free bread. There is also an electric charger to charge our car. "

"Quiet location, surrounded by woods, despite being within easy reach of the motorway. Management and staff made us, including our dog, very welcome. Room was modern and very spacious. Really enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant, as well as the breakfast buffet offered. Added bonus for EV owners: charger outside the hotel ensures you are fully charged when you continue your trip! What a great place to stay if you are travelling through or visiting the area!"

"Booked for its location to where we had a meeting nearby. Room is fine, air con is good, bathroom is good, lots of room. No tea/coffee, carpet had old stains on it, arrived Sunday afternoon to keys taped to locked front door. No staff on site at all, no restaurant & remote location. Reception locked up, only access through night door. No info in room. Disappointing stay."
