"Whilst most of the hotel is 5 star, there were some niggling problems. 1. The WiFi and internet are terrible. This is 2025 not 1995 !! 2. The cord on the hairdryer was so short you cannot use a mirror when drying your hair. 3. The “adults” pool is not really for adults. It has no lifeguards but children n can use it freely. Everything else was excellent, especially breakfast."

"Fantastic stay in Yala area, food, staff, room all fantastic, safari guides were well informed and spoke the best English we had during our travels, beach is very beautiful, just no swimming. Certainly pricey, but the only complaint we had was there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub. Everything else was top notch. Yala was very crowded as far as trucks...be prepared."

"The hotel is well placed for the National Park and has many animals in and around the property, such as elephants, crocodiles, monkeys, birds etc. The rooms are excellent but the rest of the property is fairly basic. Food OK, Pool area OK. Sun loungers poor. Reception area poor. We took a morning Safari, which was good but no better than that. DO NOT go on a Safari if you suffer from back or neck issues. "I'll start by saying we would definitely stay here again! The property manager was a very friendly and interesting man and very helpful along with the other staff members and the rooms were incredibly spacious with a great view of the ocean! My only recommendations to the owners would be to really play up the view of the rooms and make sure the blinds are up and windows facing the ocean are freshly cleaned. Having chose this hotel over others mainly because of the amazing windows it was a little...
