"제일 큰 빌라를 친구 4명이서 갔는데, 빌라 자체 시설은 훌륭하나. 프라이빗 풀은 바닷물과 섞여있는듯이 짠물이였으며, 2층 마스터룸에서는 샤워랑 욕조 세면대 전부 뜨거운물이 안나왔고. 청소시 환기를 했나 체크인했을때 빌라 내부 전체 및 각 방에 벌레가 엄청 많았으며, 제일 불편한점은 내선전화로 프론트랑 연결이 안되, 유선전화로 직접 전화하거나 잘로로 대화해야하고 프론트랑 직원 전체적으로 영어가 잘 안통함. 재 방문의사 없음"

"I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. "A disappointing stay and far out from Mui Ne. On the internet this hotel looked very promising. We chose it due to its beach location, sea view room, the tennis court and pool. We struggled to speak with staff. Unfortunately we don't speak Vietnamese and they don't speak English. We couldn't read the menus (no pictures) and couldn't ask anyone. Our room was a sea view room (more expensive than the other rooms), however the large window looking out to the sea I can only assume hasn't been cleaned...

"If you need a really peaceful place distant from noisy tourist centers this resort is just for you. It is a little far from main tourist roads, shops, etc. So if you want to go to Mui Ne or Phan Thiet you need to take a bus or taxi. Please note the resort is divided to 2 parts by the main road. If you want to stay near the sea choose a bungalow. Main building, restaurant and reception are across the main road. The restaurant is excellent."

Right up front going to say photos atleast 40 years , no renovations have been done , you have to walk across a very busy road to get to your room or to the pool/ restaurant or reception. "We had the most comfortable stay the red sand hotel is the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel owner and staff were so attentive and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
