"The location was perfect for us. We were 4 minutes away from our Christmas event. Clear communication beforehand was appreciated by Sonder. We had a real challenge getting into the Sonder parking as we could not open the garage door…..where is the fob scanner? "

"The property is in a prime location. The staff were great for check-in and check-out. As this was an apartment they needed to an option for housekeeping even if it was at a price and the apartment lacked some basic amenities especially things like dish rack, bin bags and toiletries."

There were loads of takeaway options within five minutes of the building including an excellent shawarma place. Finding reception from the car park was tricky due to the building work, but once we'd made our way to the front, the staff were great. "The pictures that we saw was not indication of the place we stayed at. The place was dirty. It’s not been updated in many years and nothing seems to be in order. The towels were old and even the grass outside and the balcony stunk of animal urine. It does not seem like anyone takes care of the place. "
