"I had to contact customer service to get my check in information. Thankfully, they are very responsive and worked as fast as they could to provide it (approx. 1 hour). It wasn’t ideal to have to contact them and wait around to check in but it was a last minute booking and the apartment and location are great. I always lean toward sonder over hotels - best value for your money in my opinion. "

"It was amazing to find a family sized suite for this low price. The rooms were great and there was no noise despite being in student accommodation. Having a fridge was very helpful. There were loads of takeaway options within five minutes of the building including an excellent shawarma place. Finding reception from the car park was tricky due to the building work, but once we'd made our way to the front, the staff were great. "Asked for double the deposit amount via undedicated medium stating holiday season risk settlement which was not even disclosed prior booking, shady operation- ask for your personal information over non secure lines, and Xpedia is also party in all of this and would override any wrong doings these guys are doing."

The towels were old and even the grass outside and the balcony stunk of animal urine. It does not seem like anyone takes care of the place. "
