"This is a residential area. I didnt see any shops or places to eat nearby. However very close to train station. You need to check in with an emailed code. Room was fine and large. A very nice breakfast was included at the sister hotel a few doors down which was really good. Overall recommended but my big tip is dont expect nearby shops or places to eat. Is nice and quiet area. "

"We visited for a quirky break while traveling from Disneyland to the UK. A family of for with a 5yo and 1yo, we staying in a room with bunkbeds. The beds were really comfortable with deep pillows. "We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived even though the owners had not realized we had booked. They did their best to get the room ready quickly. They provided us with an evening meal and a complimentary drink. The guesthouse is lovely and very freshly modern. Breakfast was great and had a lovely selection of foods. The room was very warm, however, even with windows open. Noise from the road traffic may put off light sleepers but this is not the fault of the owners."

"We had a great time staying in this lovely home. The room was delightful, clean, and our hosts were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was terrific. With good weather, there is enough space outdoors to sit and eat or read. We were told that occasionally the Tour de France goes by this house, and it is relatively close to Lille and the football stadium. It is also close to the historic site Bouvines. This is a good place to stay outside of a large city. We highly recommend this house."
