"Was so great to have enough bedrooms for our large family. Loved being on the harbour and experiencing those amazing tides and being able to just walk over to the Lobster Pound restaurant. Great memories."

"House was as advertised. Hot tub and pool were clean and ready to go. Andy put a lot of thought into making the place welcoming and comfortable. Great location to use as a base in exploring Nova Scotia!"

"Stayed here for a wedding. The door lock was a little finicky at times and the place was a little musty smelling/not as clean as we would have liked. But otherwise our stay was fine. Communication from the host was good."

"We stayed at the Beach House for a week in August 2022 (2 couples). It really felt like home away from home, very comfortable with all the amenities! And wow - those views!!!! We enjoyed our days on the beach, taking in the local hiking trails, and going to local restaurants and brewery. We had such a great week, we did not want to leave!"

Lovely and cozy

"We did a girlfriend outing...it does sleep four, between huge bed and pull-out, just remember as friends you'd be sharing (which we knew and was a-ok). We were able to visit each other in comfort and catch up on our last 10 years. The bed/couch were comfortable and the place quiet for sleeping. The place was SPOTLESS, and the view from the bed was lovely. (being a bit of an insomniac, I enjoyed the lights of the fishing boats out on the water from the comfort of the bed). We didn't use the sweet little deck (winter) but the view would have been lovely there too. The bathroom was stunning - heated floors, and the shower was the most technologically advanced thing I've ever seen - We were on our way to Nordic Spa, so I didn't try the shower, but my friend said it was amazing. Our hostess kindly left us yummy breakfast items, and there was tea and coffee. Our only regrets were from our end...we tried our best to scrape our boots well before entering, and had there been a sink available (other than the bathroom sink) we would would have tidied up better - so we felt guilty about tracking a bit of gravel and leaving dishes."
