"The property was very dirty. I don't know why it is called Immaculate house... Very dirty: Table unwiped, dust everywhere, spider webs, toilet and bathroom full of small hair, microwave and fridge very dirty of food staines. Not clean at all. I had an impression the property was never cleaned, but also not prepared for new guests. Also, it was advertised as 3 bed house, whereas we were allowed to leave in 1 or 2 bedrooms. "We stayed for a few days between christmas and new year and it was a lovely location, lots of lovely local villages and hikes, with a nice log fire to come home to. Hosts were very kind, helpful and gave lots of info on local area. "

Very Comfy and Clean Hotel

"I stay here every week at the moment, and I have stayed at this hotel many times. I use the gym and pool and although outdated this is functional for what I need. The rooms are comfy and very clean. The Hotel has been renovated in the last couple of years to a very good standard. The staff are lovely and really keen to help with anything needed. I have stayed in most of the hotels nearby and for the price this is the best one. "
