Not great stay, no follow up from serviced let

Made a call to service let on first day about not having curtains however did not get a call back. Stayed for 3 nights, made a call again on 2nd night about same issue still did not receive a call back. I raised a complaint on 3rd night and still have not received a call back. Also no aerial in my tv therefore could not watch TV. Not happy with my stay.

Not worth the risk to your personal security

I was staying in Halifax for business and picked these appartment as they looked lovely in the pictures, and to be fair the apartment I was given was nice. But, I was staying with 3 colleagues and the condition of these apartments ranged from unfinished (like a tv with no aerial and packing mess in the carpets) to an apartment that hadn’t been cleaned. But the service, or lack there of, is a serious issue, from simple things like not returning calls when needing help to the more worrying being given someone else’s personal information (which included the code to get into their apartment) and worst still, after it was reported to them that this information was not mine, nothing was done about it, the code remained the same because it was my colleagues information. At any time I could have just walked into his apartment, luckily I’m trustworthy and we joked about this, but this information could have been given to anyone! And these apartments look like they are being let to the council as some of the other “tenants” looked very questionable. This is clearly a project that run out of money and now cutting costs at any cost is the order of the day. Please stay somewhere else, these apartments are not worth the risk.
