"This large house is nicely furnished and decorated. We enjoyed having the option of sitting on the covered patio or the elevated open-air deck. The views of the lake were incredible, with amazing sunrises and so many brights stars at night. The location is perfect! The area is quiet and only a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We went on several scenic drives to places near the home such as Lumberman's Monument and Tawas Point Light Station. The beach (at the end of the backyard lawn)...

"Greg was so good at communicating, check in was a breeze. So conveniently located to hiking trails, shops and restaurants. Excellent value, house had all of the essentials. Fun memorabilia and beautiful views. Will definitely stay again!"

Beautiful, newly renovated, clean, quiet, special details, beds are comfortable and love the sheets! Town is close by and lots of places to take picnics. The owners put love into this cottage. "

"We just love this home more each time we stay! So comfortable and relaxing. The 'feel like' temperature outside was '14' but the home was warm and cozy. We watched the wildlife attracted to the bird feeder as well as the flowing river. Everything imaginable to prepare and cook a large meal.Thanks for renting to us."

"Amazing waterfront house exactly as described in the listing. The back porch was amazing for enjoying the view of the water and playing games. House came with many extras compared to previous rental properties. If you are considering booking, I highly suggest moving forward! The communication with the owner was very easy and provided extra details for check-in, house/lake rules and allowed for early check in as we got to town before 4:00. Look forward to another stay at this location. "

"We had a great stay at the Cobb’s cottage. The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to prepare meals. Lee was great at communicating and was helpful with some additional fishing spots in the area to try. My son was also able to catch some fish right off the dock. We also saw lots of deer, rabbits, and squirrels during our stay! Would reccomend!"

"Such a beautiful home with the best location in downtown Oscoda. My family is so lucky we found this gem. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Our host was fantastic and was very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely return. "
