"Was a pretty good stay, only a few issues. One was bed was a little hard & our door wouldn’t lock from outside. I did notify a employee & she said she would let her boss know. Other than that, was pretty good for the price point was only for a work trip not for a vacation. "

"Nice little small-town hotel! Best in Carrollton MO! (trust me on that!) Also 'way better than any Motel 6 I've been in lately. I mostly stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels, not Motel 6, but sometimes ya gotta take what's available. I've stayed here before, but not for maybe 8-10 years? I would say not quite as good as HI-X but nice, clean, more modern design than the 'other' place in town and convenient for visiting my in-laws family farm nearby. "The house was very nice. It is on the edge of a very small town and so is isolated. My wife and I went birding at Swan Lake for our anniversary and spent the night here. The host was super nice and communication was easy. We were very pleased with our stay. If your looking for an out- of- the- way escape, I would highly recommend this house. On a side note, we had dinner at River Bottoms Brewing Company in Carrollton. I highly recommend it as well. "
