The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that there were 2 full baths. The fully fenced yard was a bonus for the dog and we made full use of the hottub. Wish there had been a hand mixer as I had to make 2 kinds of pudding and whip cream by hand otherwise, stellar."

When I wrote to him about issues,he just said sorry and stopped answering my messages. I wrote to customer service, added a photo, because all the appliances in the kitchen were dirty, the refrigerator inside too. There were no detergents for the dishwasher. The bathrooms were also dirty, there was garbage all over...

"We arrived to gross bloody tampons and feces diapers spread all over side entrance, when contacting owner they said sorry but did nothing about it, thanks to my husband for cleaning it up. The grounds were nothing like the pictures as the grass was not cut, brush all over and not nice. The inside of the cottage was great, very clean and kept well.
