It is not a private accommodation, which I suspected due to the price, but it wasn't clear from the listing, so you may be sharing the bathroom and open area. The host is pleasant and the place is generally clean, except the microwave and toaster oven. There is a "kitchenette" listed, but don't count on cooking anything. "We had a fantastic stay at this cottage over the Labour Day weekend. The space was very clean and cozy, with plenty of room for our group of 5. The lake views were the highlight—sitting on the lounge chairs overlooking the water was incredibly relaxing. While accessing the water directly from the property wasn't as easy as we had hoped, Deon, the host, provided us with great alternative options nearby for swimming. "Very cute place to stay when you’re in Port Dover. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main area in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street and the host was very responsive. Only feedback I have is that the place could’ve been cleaned in the kitchen better! For people wanting to stay here, realize that there are people living upstairs so you may hear sounds fron time to time. Overall, recommend staying here if you ever visit Port Dover!"
