"Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well. "

"Very cute hotel in the center of town. Room is clean and in good size. It closes to the bus stations and the hotel will provide free bus tickets to the castles. There is a supermarket cross the hotel, which is very convenient. There are no coffee machine or kettle, no bottle water, no mini bar inside of the room. A small cup of coffee was 4.8 euro in its restaurant, if you are a breakfast person, best to eat the breakfast buffet, heard it’s good. "

"The staff is super friendly. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The spa is a really nuce amenity. If you get a room on the main road...The noise is pretty loud. The parking garage is REALLY difficult to get in and out. "

"Staff seemed unable to cope due to busy period, and were not as friendly as I'm used to in the south of Germany. There was a wedding on too so maybe due to that. Stlfling hot in room, and room Aircon control was not working. Great place though, would go back."

"Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen und hat uns auch gut gefallen, genauso wie die Außenanlagen, Wege und Spielplätze. Unser Häuschn sah auf den ersten Blick auch modern und schick aus, jedoch hat es bei der Sauberkeit große Defizite gegeben. Der Boden war voller Staub und Krümel, die Toilette war überhaupt nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und alle Seifenspender im Haus waren nicht aufgefüllt. "We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree they thoughtfully placed in our room was a lovely touch – it made our stay feel extra special. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and amenities. The hotel's location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional staff. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort and happiness. And finally, the breakfast was great – a wide selection of delicious options to start our day off right. "
