"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Nice sky area with several options to choose from; nice people, great snow and beautiful mountains. Price of sky rentals high as per US reference but worth it.

A bit long on the bus ride from Narita Airport.

Everyone was so polite and nice. The food and culture were amazingly good. Skiing was pretty good, some fresh snow and some days with clear blue skies and fantastic views. Lifts were fast with no lines, great range of runs.
