A great place to really get involved in the local community! Stay here to be close to the bay and Tu Hiva. "I submitted an email one day before my stay to confirm my airport transfer to Le Vely Lodge. A woman who referred to herself as "Regina" responded and stated that I was staying at Mave Mai Lodge. Once I arrived there I was asked to be tranferred to a far away Air B&B named something "Mountain House". It was far away from the village center, unhygienic and riddled with hundreds of flies. Regina is an incapable and irresponsible manager that treats tourists like commodities. As I had purchased ...
