"This property was very peaceful and had beautiful views. The decor was lovely however, unfortunately there were a few things still waiting to be fixed at the property which let it down. There is no number on the letterbox and we arrived late at night and had a lot of trouble finding it. I had to dust down cobwebs from ceilings above beds and clean mugs before we could use them. "Relaxing stay just out of town. Lovely birdlife and gatdens. The accomodation was of high standard and very clean and comfortable. Close to Matakana and the coast. Our host Kim was friendly and informative and available if help was needed. Overall a great experience"
