"Business trip to Debrecen. Hotel is in excellent condition; polite staff, good English Finding entrance to garage is nightmare; like going thru a puzzle. Personnally, from the outside: a big concrete block ( horrible) chucked into a historic city center... bad decision from city leaders"

"The room cleaning service was terrible the front desk staff was helpful but gave the wrong information about parking I ended up have a ticket when asked about the coffee capsules in the room they said we only fill once on your arrival then you are on your own which is really not a 5 star standard it’s over all not a very friendly city "

"The hotel is located at a very magical and beautiful place. If you like nature, quiet and tranquil, this is the place to go! The staff could not possibly be more helpful and attentive. Exceeded all expectation. Been in many hotels, but this one rates far the highest in hospitality. Very child and family friendly. Thank you for making our stay special. "

"An amazing little hotel, just off the M3 expressways in a quiet place in Hungary. Everything was spotlessly clean, food was excellent, breakfast abundant, pool was clean and comfortable. Room was modern and very pleasant in spite of very hot weather outside. We loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat!"

"Our twin room was very spacious. The hotel was very beautiful and quiet. And it had an elevator. The staff was very accomodative. We had a welcome drink of the hotel's wine. We booked halfboard, the dinner was excellent and the breakfast was rich. We also bought some wine and grape juice from the hotel. "

"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. "Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu, hotel świetnie położony, ma wspaniałe baseny, korzystaliśmy tylko z nich gdyż na głównych basenach w Hajduszoboszlo w sierpniu bardzo tłoczno a tutaj luzy. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie, dużo owoców i ciast do posiłków. Pokój typowy hotelowy, balkon wymaga odświeżenia, trąci PRL-em."
