"Was scheduled to be in another hotel near city center, but last minute was changed to this hotel. I had not stayed here before, but intend to again! Very nice staff, and an especially attentive head concierge. The club lounge was great for meetings, snacks, helpful staff, etc."

"The room was too hot. The pillows were over stuffed. It was going to give me a neck ache. The bed was very hard. I stayed in two different rooms. One of the beds and pillows were ok. With the wifi there was a little cartoon man that looked angry saying something in Chinese & it disappeared quickly so I couldn't save it and translate so I didn't feel comfortable using the wifi. "The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away.
