This Southern Dunes 4/3 Pool Home Offers Class, Comfort & Golf Views

This 4 bedroom villa has a master suite with a large connecting bathroom and two additional family bathrooms. The villa features a comfortable sitting room around the main TV where you can create happy memories with your family. The kitchen is fully furnished and well equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is a breakfast bar and comes with your own laundry facilities. This home is fully air conditioned and has Wi-fi to help your stay more comfortable. Outside is a well equipped patio area facing on to your sunny pool with golf views. Part of the deck is covered for some relief from the sun and occupies a good private position. A lovely home with great furniture to make you feel right at home. This villa is located in a gated community in Haines city walking distance to Walmart and other shopping centers. Please note that the pool heat for this villa is no longer functional.

Golf course pool house
The house was perfect for my family and myself, nicely located in a golf course community with a small pool. Management company was nice and friendly.
