Started rough - finished okay
Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at the home at 12:30am. The access code for the door given in the check-in email did not work. We tried calling the number provided for 24/7 contact twice but no one answered that or texts. Luckily there was a lock box with a key in it that we could get into but there was no instruction on where to use the key...eventually we figured it out.
Wifi password was to be provided inside the home - it wasn't. Had to text the contacts who did finally start responding the next day. Also got a new code for the front door that worked.
There was a full case of bottled water provided which we really appreciated.
Supposed to be a hair dryer as per the amenities listed - none there, had to buy one.
Minimal soap provided...we were there for 6 days - they did eventually drop some more off.
There were no baking sheets so the food we bought the first day could not be cooked - eventually they dropped a couple of tiny baking sheets off.
The ice maker in the freezer does not work.
The air conditioning for the main King bedroom was not working for 3 sweaty nights - they got a technician in to repair it and the dryer which was also not working on day 4.
There are no tea towels to dry dishes.
There was no starter coffee / creamer that we could see as promised - we bought our own.
Two neighboring homes, including the one next door, have chickens, including roosters, that crowed at all hours of the day and night. After about 3 nights we got used to it.
